The registration desk is located in the pre-function lobby on level 1
Opening times are:
Friday 4 November: 7.30am – 5.00pm
Saturday 5 November: 8.00am – 12.30pm 

CONFERENCE PROGRAM
The current program can be found here, and will also be available at the registration desk. Please check on the Conference App for any updates. 

CONFERENCE WEB BASED APP
The Conference Web Based App will give you access to the current conference program, faculty bios, abstracts, trade floor plan and sponsor/exhibitor information. We advise you download the app PRIOR, and save it to your home screen of your device.

To access all areas of the APP (and take advantage of facilities such as ‘favourite session’, make notes and interact with other delegates) please ensure you know your login and password. CONFERENCE ABSTRACT BOOKLET
An abridged, printed, program booklet will be available for collection at the AGES Registration Desk. To save waste, the abstract booklet is only available as a soft copy. If you would like a full copy to refer to onsite, please print before arriving at the meeting.

If you are travelling with a laptop computer or mobile device, you can utilise this service free of charge. Connection steps are as follows:

CONFERENCE DRESS CODE
The dress code for the conference is business attire. Please note that due to the air-conditioning in the venue, the temperature in the rooms can get quite cold.

Shed 5 is a 5 minute walk from the InterContinental. We will meet at 6.45pm in the hotel foyer and make our way over to Shed 5.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
The conference organisers have noted any special dietary requirements. Please make yourself known to a InterContinental Wellington team member during the catering breaks.

Trips to and from the airport take approximately 20 minutes and cost approximately 60 NZD each way.

PHOTO CONSENT
AGES would like publish some of the photos taken at the conference on its social media sites. If you DO NOT wish to have your photo posted please advise the AGES Secretariat at the registration desk or advise the photographer at the time the photo is taken and it will be deleted immediately.
